Do you have some time to spare? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Everyone has something to contribute to the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay.
Volunteering is flexible, ranging from a few hours a year to several hours a week. It's your choice.
You can now apply to volunteer online or you can download the application form and send it to us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. |

What to expect
After initial contact with the Society, potential volunteers can expect the following:

An interview and review of potential volunteer options

A volunteer job description outlining responsibilities, expectations and guidelines

Appropriate and ongoing training and evaluation

Recognition and Appreciation

Opportunity to learn, grow, meet new people, share your skills and know that you are making a difference in the lives of others.
In recognition of our volunteers and board members, each Spring the Society hosts a volunteer celebration. We greatly appreciate our volunteers and board members and all that they give to the Society, and realize that we exist today because of their efforts and support.
