14th Annual Dementia Care Conference and Exhibition
The 2009 Dementia Care Conference and Exibition, North Western Ontario's largest dementia care event, will be in Thunder Bay, November 6, 2009. Join us at the Travelodge (Airlane) in the Tiberio Room to learn and network with allied professionals from across Northern Ontario.
Increase your knowledge on the best practices in person-centred dementia care. The learning sessions will challenge you to reflect on meanings behind behaviours, to detect other medical and social factors influencing behaviours, and will encourage creativity and flexibility in care.
The day will conclude with an opportunity to engage with our panel in a discussion on current public policy issues and future directions which influence the delivery of dementia care.
